1. Scope of This Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies only to the specific features named in Sections 2 through 5 below. It does not apply to, and does not qualify, the rest of the Service, which our Terms of Service describe as a live paid product. Where this disclaimer and any other VLStudio document appear to conflict on a feature named here, this disclaimer governs for that named feature.

2. Generate-Video Pipeline (Telegram + Web-Scrape)

The "generate-video" pipeline ingests content sourced from Telegram posts and web search results to help assemble a video. Current status: [[TELEGRAM_MUSICGEN_STATUS]]. Until that status is confirmed, we treat this feature as a live, user-facing, experimental feature subject in full to the common terms in Section 6: it may produce inconsistent results, it depends on third-party content sources we do not control the availability or accuracy of, and it is not suitable for any use where reliable, repeatable output is required.

3. MusicGen Music Generator

The optional MusicGen music generator produces generated music tracks for use in a project. Current status: [[TELEGRAM_MUSICGEN_STATUS]]. Until that status is confirmed, we treat this feature as a live, user-facing, experimental feature subject in full to the common terms in Section 6. Separately from this disclaimer, the underlying model weights carry their own non-commercial licensing terms; see our In-Editor Content Licensing Notice for that separate restriction, which applies regardless of this disclaimer's status.

4. Marketplace Checkout (Simulated)

Marketplace checkout is simulated: it does not process a real payment, does not contact a payment gateway, and does not deliver a product file, even though the confirmation screen shows a successful order. The full disclosure of what this means for a buyer is in our Marketplace Terms of Use, which this section incorporates by reference; that document, not this one, is the authoritative statement of what marketplace checkout does and does not do today. This disclaimer's role is limited to confirming that marketplace checkout is an experimental surface subject to the common terms in Section 6, in addition to the specific disclosures in the Marketplace Terms of Use.

5. AI Output Quality Generally

The quality, accuracy, and availability of any AI-generated output across VLStudio (chat responses, AI Visuals analysis, generated captions, generated music, and any other AI feature) depends on the uptime, behavior, and output quality of third-party large-language-model providers we do not control. An outage, degradation, or change on a provider's side can affect what VLStudio's AI features produce or whether they are available at all. Full terms governing AI features, including data flows and output ownership, are in our AI Features Terms, and the general statement that AI and platform guidance are informational only, not professional advice, is in our No-Reliance Disclaimer. 6. Common Terms Applying to All Items Above

For each feature named in Sections 2 through 5, the following applies without exception:

• No fitness-for-a-particular-purpose warranty. We do not warrant that any named feature is fit for any particular purpose, commercial or otherwise.
• May change or be removed at any time. Any named feature may change materially, be limited, or be removed entirely without prior notice, and continued availability is not guaranteed.
• Not suitable for production reliance. Do not treat output from a named feature as reliable enough for a deliverable, deadline, or commercial commitment without your own independent review.
• Scope. This disclaimer, and each of the statements above, is scoped only to the features named in Sections 2 through 5. It does not extend to, and does not create doubt about, the rest of the Service.

7. Changes to This Disclaimer

As a named feature matures out of experimental status, we will update this disclaimer to remove it or to change the terms that apply to it, and update the "Last updated" date above. See our Terms Versioning Policy for how material changes to any VLStudio legal document are announced.
