License

1. Scope of This License

This Buyer Asset License is a per-asset end-user license that applies each time you complete a purchase of a digital product on the VLStudio Marketplace, operated by Vladyslav Zhminko, trading as VLStudio, Carrer de Valencia 191, 6.1, 08011, Barcelona, Spain. It governs your use of the specific asset you purchased. It is separate from our general Terms of Service and from the buyer-facing Marketplace Terms of Use, which governs the purchase transaction itself rather than your rights in the delivered file.

2. Delivery Is Not Yet Functional

3. What You May Do (Personal & Commercial Use)

Once delivery is functional and you have completed a real purchase, the license you receive for that asset will, unless the individual listing states a different or narrower scope, permit you to:

• Use the asset in your own video, audio, or design projects, including projects made for a client or for commercial release
• Modify, adapt, or combine the asset with your own work as part of a finished project
• Distribute finished projects that incorporate the asset (for example, a finished video that uses a purchased preset or template)

Where a specific listing states a narrower scope, for example a personal-use-only license or a license limited to non-commercial projects, that listing's stated scope controls over the general description above.

4. What You May Not Do

• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying asset itself
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise grant a third party standalone rights in the raw asset separate from a finished project you created with it
• Use the asset in a way that competes directly with the seller's own sale of that asset, for example by extracting and redistributing it as a standalone downloadable product

5. Resale of the Raw Asset

Resale or redistribution of the raw purchased asset itself, on its own and not as part of a finished project you created, is prohibited unless the specific listing expressly states otherwise. This restriction protects the seller's own right to sell that asset to other buyers and is separate from your right to use the asset inside your own finished work under Section 3.

6. How the Seller Grants These Rights

Under our Seller Agreement, Section 7, a seller who lists a product grants VLStudio a license to host, display, and enable delivery of that listing to buyers. When you complete a purchase, VLStudio passes through to you, as the buyer, the usage rights the seller has made available for that listing, on the terms described in this document and any narrower terms stated on the specific listing. VLStudio does not independently grant you rights beyond what the seller has authorized for that listing.

7. No Warranty Beyond the Seller's Own Warranty

The seller of each listing warrants, under our Seller Agreement, Section 5, that they own or are authorized to sell the listed product. VLStudio relies on that seller warranty and does not independently verify ownership before a listing goes live. If you have reason to believe a purchased asset infringes a third party's rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.

8. Reading This License With the Marketplace Terms

This Buyer Asset License and our Marketplace Terms of Use must be read together and consistently. Both documents disclose, in the same terms, that Marketplace checkout is currently simulated and that no file is delivered today. Neither document should be read on its own as promising a functioning purchase-to-download experience until both are updated to reflect that the underlying systems work.

9. Governing Law & Contact

This Buyer Asset License is part of, and governed by the same law and venue as, our Terms of Service, Section 17 (Spain, with EU/UK consumer carve-outs, courts of Barcelona, no mandatory arbitration for consumers).
